What is a sound bath? 


A sound bath is a therapeutic experience where you lie down and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. It's like taking a bath in sound waves to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body. If you  are new to sound baths there is no water involved. 


What to bring to a sound bath? 

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfy to lie on, a blanket, sleeping bag or duvet, wear comfy loose fitted clothes. You may want to bring a pillow and eye mask these are optional. You want to be as comfy as possible so please bring anything that will help aid this for you. 


What are the benefits of having a sound bath? 

They improve sleep, help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, enhance meditation, balance your energy, reduces anxiety and depression, improves mood, calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, eases physical pain, eases tension, releases negative emotions, increases focus and memory and may help reduce trauma and PTSD. 


What to expect after a sound bath? 

After a sound bath, take some time to gently transition back to your surroundings. You can slowly stretch your body, take deep breaths, and reflect on your experience. It's also beneficial to drink water and give yourself some quiet time to integrate the effects of the sound bath. Please do not drive until you feel alert enough to do so. It’s common to feel a sense of deep relaxation, calmness, and mental clarity. Some people also report feeling more grounded, centered, and balanced. It's a personal experience, so everyone may have their own unique feelings and sensations.


Who is unable to attend a sound bath? 

If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, any kind of metal implant, suffer with a severe or serious mental health condition.  Then you must consult with your doctor or healthcare professional before booking onto the session. 

You will be denied entry if you are intoxicated (alcohol or drugs). 


Please note all booking are non refundable due to room hire and the time it takes to organise the events. By booking onto the session you are agreeing to the privacy policy and you take full personal responsibility for any medical conditions.
